Shael Weinreb

Shael is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Home Equity Partners. He brings over 15 years of unique real estate experience to the organization and is largely responsible for
the oversight and day-to-day management of all business
areas, with a focus on corporate strategy, capital partners and value creation.
Prior to founding The Home Equity Partners, Shael more recently held executive roles with Republic Developments and Starlight Investments. He was the President and Chief Operating Officer
at Freed Developments, where he helped manage and oversee various areas of the business, including corporate strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, sales, reporting, and marketing.
Shael holds an LLB from Queen’s University Faculty of Law and
a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree from the University of Guelph.
He is active in several community organizations and charitable initiatives, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travelling, and exploring all the wonderful experiences that Toronto has to offer.

Alicia Pedicelli is the Chief Revenue Officer at The Home Equity Partners bringing over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on treasury and personal banking.
At The Home Equity Partners, Alicia is responsible for business development, lead generation, and marketing. With a proven track record in building and maintaining beneficial partnerships, Alicia has strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a keen insight into market trends and customer needs.
Most recently serving as the Product Migration Manager at Bank of Montreal, Alicia oversaw and orchestrated seamless transitions across diverse product groups, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Alicia has demonstrated her talent for building successful teams while serving in leadership, program management and sales positions.
Alicia graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. Born and raised in Toronto,
she embraces an active lifestyle alongside her husband, two daughters, and Australian Shepherd, Ruby. Passionate about supporting health-related causes, she actively advocates
for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Liver Foundation.

With a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends, Jimmy is proficient at adapting to evolving financial landscapes and recognizes the need for innovative financial products.
Jimmy holds a degree in finance from Western University.
He relishes an active outdoor lifestyle, frequently found on the golf course or lakeside with close friends and family.
